Joseph founded Ultimate Realty in 1993 and has served as its principal investor and operator for more than three decades. His career spans industrial acquisitions, conversions, mixed-use repositioning, and residential ownership across the New York metropolitan area and the broader East Coast - executed almost exclusively with principal capital, through three full real estate cycles.
Joseph's successful track record has laid the foundation for Ultimate Realty's current partnerships and investment opportunities. He leads the firm's Investment Committee, sets the long-term strategic direction of the platform, and maintains the direct broker, lender, and seller relationships that have sourced opportunities to the firm for decades. Joseph is also active in New York civic and community affairs.

Mark is responsible for the financial operations, accounting, and reporting of Ultimate Realty, and oversees third-party Tax, Compliance, Human Resources, and Counsel functions for the firm. He ensures the financial infrastructure required of an institutional-grade private equity real estate manager - including institutional investor reporting, fund administration, and audit coordination.
Mark has over 15 years of experience spanning a distinguished record as a prior founder of a technology product company, followed by sourcing, diligencing, and executing real estate investments across various sectors. He attended Rutgers University with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and serves as a member of the firm's Investment Committee.

Michael is responsible for overseeing all capital markets activities and Ultimate Realty's relations with local sales and leasing brokers, debt providers, and various high-net-worth, family office, and institutional equity investors. He is the principal point of contact for capital partners and is responsible for matching the firm's opportunity set with the right capital formats.
Michael has over 15 years of experience spanning architecture & design, finance, and real estate brokerage - including prior firms such as Andres Escobar & Associates and Morgan Stanley. He graduated from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, currently serves on a board member of the UJA Federation, and is a strong supporter of his local community.

He leads underwriting across the platform, supports business-plan execution at the asset level, and coordinates the institutional reporting framework required to support investor partnerships.
Charles has over 12 years of global real estate investment banking and private equity experience, having completed over $5 billion in aggregate debt/equity, private capital raised, recapitalized, and invested. He received his Lux Grade MScBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, holds a post-graduate certificate in real estate from New York University, and is a CAIA® charterholder.
