Ultimate purchased this 395,000 SF, 45 Acre, vacant Power Center located in Middle Georgia just off of I75. The center was formerly leased to: Home Depot, Walmart, Burlington Coat Factory, and PetSmart among others. Our vision was to repurpose the  vacant Center to become an Industrial Park. During the contract period Ultimate was able to rezone the property to Industrial Use. This allowed Ultimate to immediately commence its renovation upon closing and execute on its’ business plan of converting the vacant Retail Power Center into the area’s most sought after Industrial Park. The Park is a landmark example of Ultimates vision to re-create a property that was once an integral part of the neighborhood. We employed local workmen to improve the property. There are currently in excess of 200 people who work at the property on a full time basis.
