Ultimate acquired this fully occupied 56,000 square foot last mile industrial building in the heart of Orlando, Florida and adjacent to The Creative Village, a 68 acre $700 Million media facility. It is occupied by two local tenants on a short term basis. Upon closing we were able to renegotiate the leases so as to make them co terminus. Our long term goal is to repurpose the building upon the lease expirations.
